About Me

Hi, my name is Mindy!  I'm a grad school student and married to the love of my life, a naval officer.  We live in beautiful Charleston, South Carolina for the time being and love it. Random facts about me:

• I'm half-Thai!  
• I grew up in Saudi Arabia and Utah 
• I graduated from the University of Utah with my BA in Political Science and History
• I served a mission for my church in Paris, France
• I lived and worked in Washington, DC for awhile
• We lived in San Diego for a time and loved it
• I finished my Master's degree in Homeland Security recently at San Diego State University and start my second Master's degree in Computer Information Systems at Boston University this fall.
• I love good books, good style, and good food!

I started this blog because I realize how difficult it is to find clothes that are both stylish and modest.  I focus on clothes that are effortlessly modest and wearable.  I hope to help give everyone ideas on how to be more creative with their wardrobes and what to look for when shopping.  I don't believe clothing and fashion are the most important things in life, but I do believe that they reflect to the rest of world who we are.  Plus, let's be honest, it can be pretty freaking fun.  Stick around and enjoy my blog!
