Guest Post: Emily from Creamy

If you don't remember, I guest-blogged for Emily's Creamy and thought I'd return the favor and have Emily on Nautical Stripes today!  Emily is the mom of four boys and loves "all things fashion."  I'm pretty sure she is one of the sweetest and kindest fashion bloggers I have ever "met" and I think you'll love her momma-friendly, everyone-friendly style :)  I wish we lived closer so we could go shopping and have lunch together!

Hello Nautical Stripes readers!  I am Emily from the blog Creamy, and am so excited to be guest posting for Mindy today.  I like all of you LOVE her style and blog. 

Today Mindy asked me to do a late summer, early fall look.  I have been loving all of the fall clothes that I have been seeing in stores, but I am not in any hurry to wish the warm weather away yet. 

This transitional period from summer to autumn fashion is always a bit tricky for me.  So many days are warm and nice, but are definitely getting a bit cooler.  The warm weather will probably last here for the next few weeks, but I am still excited about fall colors and attracted to a more neural palette than that of spring and summer.  I especially am loving neutrals with spalshes of summer pastels.

For our family football season is in full swing and we are definitely looking forward to all of the fun things that autumn brings, but until then, I am going to enjoy ever last minute of the last few golden days of summer.
